«Комфорт ради свободы»
This project explores the process of growing up and rejecting comfort in pursuit of freedom and the realization of one’s dreams. At a certain point in their existence, a person realizes they are living according to an imposed script—how they were taught to live, contrary to their own desires. To achieve external freedom, one must delve into the self, find their inner «I,» and—crucially—forego habitual actions to step into the unknown, thereby achieving complete liberation.

Parameters
A square clutch bag, 30 × 30 cm, without a strap. The pattern consists of two pieces; each piece is made up of three 30 × 30 cm squares with smooth curved edges.
Main material and color: black twill or denim, thick cotton. Lining: thick cotton or satin, black or dark blue. The print covers the entire exterior surface. Created manually using textured paste or acrylic paint. Trimming matches the bag: black thread, non-contrast seams, black piping or facings. Hardware: magnetic snaps with a black finish.
Stages of Creation

- Cut out two pieces of the main fabric.
- Sew the pieces along the special notches: each notch aligns with its corresponding notch on the other piece.
- The lining fabric pieces are cut using the same patterns and sewn in separately, right sides out.
- Assembling the item.
- Fastening mechanism: one pair of magnets is sewn into the center of the flap near the bag opening, and two other pairs are positioned equidistant to the left and right of the central magnet.
- Hand-printing the design and subsequently drying the finished item.
