Concept Description:
The project explores the plasticity of the female body through photography. The focus is on movement, tension, and the body’s interaction with space.
The black-and-white image allows focus on form, light, and texture by rejecting distracting details. The subtle blurring of the silhouette conveys dynamic movement, creating a sense of transition between moments, while the soft glow emphasizes the body’s contours and amplifies its interaction with light. The lamination transforms the photograph into a self-contained object that exists as part of the surrounding space, rather than merely as an image.
