NEREIDA TIDE — a decorative plate for jewelry storage, inspired by the shape of a seashell and the movement of water.
Concept
The object’s idea is based on the metaphor of the sea as a natural guardian of treasures. Much like shells protect pearls, the dish becomes a space for storing jewelry. Its irregular, flowing shape conveys the movement of water and the natural asymmetry of marine formations. The surface resembles the interior of a shell, changing hue depending on the lighting. The object reinterprets a natural form into a functional item, blending the aesthetics of marine organic matter with the daily ritual of jewelry storage.
Sketch

The visualization and technical drawings display a concept for a future product.
The product has an elongated oval shape with approximate dimensions of 20 × 9 cm, smooth, undulating edges, and a textured interior surface reminiscent of natural shell contours.
