The theatre must include two auditoriums: a main stage for 400 people and a small stage for 150.MY CONCEPT Inspired by Magadan’s nature, history, and maritime identity, the theatre is located on Nagaev Bay, mentioned in Vladimir Vysotsky’s songs. Its silhouette echoes the port cranes, allowing the building to blend naturally into the existing landscape.

Circular forms reference moss, a symbol of northern landscapes, while arches evoke the Empire style, combining natural motifs with classical architectural elements.
