Project Connection
The art object continues the concept of the «TO KNOW» party—an exclusive social event for those who know everything. It explores the idea of knowledge as a multifaceted phenomenon that can have numerous interpretations and is not always apparent at first glance.
The distorted image serves as a metaphor for perception: to see the whole, one must examine individual fragments. The object supports the intrigue of the event and engages guests in the play of meanings underlying the project.
Concept
The core of the work is a photograph of a fan projection, digitally manipulated. Vertical light lines fragment the image, creating an illusion of movement, shimmer, and visual depth. Saturated shades of red and crimson, combined with a deep black background, forge a dramatic, sensual image.
The object’s aesthetic references the theatricality of a boudoir—a space of half-tones, reflections, and concealed details. The image seems to emerge through a veil of light, balancing the visible against the hidden. Because of this, the piece becomes an independent visual statement, where digital manipulation intersects with an atmosphere of mystery, provocation, and intimate luxury.
