Концепция строится на переосмыслении образа Италии — не туристической, а живой и насыщенной: тесная улица и шумный рынок с морепродуктами и вином.
Пространство разделено на два зала с разной атмосферой, объединённых зеркальной композицией бара и открытой кухни, которые становятся визуальными и смысловыми центрами интерьера
