At the core of this series is the attempt to materialize shadow—a category defined by its dispersed, non-solid, and unstable physical form. This materialization shifts the shadow from a space that is temporal and transient to a state that is finite, though comparatively more enduring.
The object casting the shadow becomes secondary; far more significant is the dialogue surrounding the surface upon which the shadow falls—its texture, its internal dynamics, and the plastic events unfolding within it.
The selection of objects is dictated by the street and external environment, correlating with the surfaces, textures, and fragments belonging to that space that form the visual fabric of urban everyday life.
