Concept
Power is invisible, and the ruler must manifest it through imagery. The crown, throne, scepter, purple robes, halo, posture, figure size, and surrounding space communicate to the viewer who stands before them and why they must obey. These signs coalesce into a language with its own vocabulary and grammar.
